Monsal Trail Cycle Ride

A group from our Veteran Community took part in a Cycle Ride along the Monsal Trail from Hassop Station through and past Millers Dale Café where refreshments were taken, all levels of fitness were covered with the hire of some (not all ) electric bikes supplied from the bike hire station at Hassop.

The weather held until completion of the ride, with the heavens opening, there were good conversations being  held, supporting each other with a good ear whilst also delivering the banter for which the armed forces community thrive on. Not exactly a peleton from the Tour De France, but stuck together and a good pace was maintained.
